Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to the menu planning
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ensure that all food items are stored properly and rotated to maintain freshness
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Help with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, meats, and assembling dishes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
