- Direct check out of all equipment for the game and video areas.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of game room.
- Help create an atmosphere of civility and respect for guests and property.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Enforce building and College policies and procedures.
- Assist with any other duties as outlined in the policies and procedures manual or as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School Diploma
- Current FCC student
- Prior work and customer service experience
- Knowledgeable about FCC facility and campus layout
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule
- Ability to effectively handle conflicts/challenging situations
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
