Opportunity to Make an Impact
As the Controller, you will play a crucial role in defining the future operating infrastructure of the company. Your responsibilities will include implementing new systems, enhancing scalability, and optimizing processes and controls to ensure a robust control environment. You will be entrusted with maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, and managing cash flow to support the company's operational needs effectively.
Challenging Responsibilities Await
In this role, you will need to identify and address complex accounting issues such as consolidation, revenue recognition, and capitalization of expenses. You will play a key role in filing tax compliance activities, optimizing the capital structure, managing banking relationships, and conducting financial planning and analysis.
Seeking Qualified Candidates
Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and preferably possesses a CPA qualification (Tax background is a plus). Experience in SEC reporting, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in leveraging technology for financial management are highly valued attributes.
