Frederick Health is Hiring an Infusion Center Tech - Full Time Near Frederick, MD
Performs various duties to assist in the treatment and care of patients in the Intravenous Outpatient Department (IVOP). Assists in preparing patients for infusion therapy, and during infusion therapy. Maintains equipment and supplies. Performs phlebotomy and runs CBC machine. Cross-trained as medical secretary for IVOP. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with the knowledge and skills to perform required duties. Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology. Must have medical assistant training or CNA credentials. Must have a current CPR certification and phlebotomy and cell counter training as mandated by FMH Laboratory.
