**Description**
This position provides 24/7 clinical and operational oversight for the adult Intensive Care Unit. Position requires strong communication skills, demonstrated effective leadership, and the demonstrated ability to prioritize actions based on need.
* Full time 80hr per pay
* Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p with off shift and weekend rounding
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
* MBON licensed RN required or compact state equivalent
* 2-4 years experience in specialty required
* Progressive leadership experience required; previous management experience preferred
* National certification in specialty required within 1st year of hire
