Fredrikson & Byron has an opportunity for a staff attorney in its Trust & Estates Department, which works to assist individuals, families and family offices to creatively and effectively plan for the distribution of property between generations and to charitable organizations.

Overview

We seek candidates with 2-10 years of experience in estate planning, probate and/or trust administration. Excellent analytical, research, communication, and writing skills along with demonstrated ability to efficiently manage numerous simultaneous projects and deadlines and strong attention to detail are essential. This position may work from our Fargo, North Dakota or Minneapolis, MN locations.

Additional requirements include:

• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in Minnesota and North Dakota
