WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Cook and prepare food
• High volume grilling and cutting
• Follow recipes to maintain food quality andconsistency
• Correctly label and rotate food, ensuring properportions are made
• Display teamwork by setting up the next shiftfor success
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dish pit, and preparea
• Comfortable working with large kitchen equipment
• Required completion for all kitchencertifications in our BOH training program

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Previous cooking experience and proper knifeskills, preferred
• Ability to work at a fast pace, keep up withhigh volume workload, and multitask
• Deliver craveable food through recipe adherenceand food quality standards
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for longperiods of time
• Must get a food handlers certification upon hire
• Upon hire, must get validated for our back ofhouse procedures – Become a Master Griller!
• Must be at least 18 years or older

• Nonslip shoes are mandatory to wear starting onthe first day of training
