Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Outbound B2B Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential prospects via telephone and email to set appointments. Professionalism is essential as the potential prospects are VP, and C Level staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with prospects. The Outbound B2B Appointment Setter will play a crucial role in generating leads and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
**This is an In-Office position**
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects using provided scripts to set demo appointments.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
3. Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and establish trust.
4. Listen attentively to customer needs and tailor appointment pitches accordingly.
5. Answer questions about products or services and address any concerns or objections.
6. Meet or exceed appointment quotas and targets on a consistent basis.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
8. Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and set appointments.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools.
5. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in telemarketing is a plus.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and goals.

Pay starting at $19.00 per hour commensurate with experience
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
Additional forms of compensation, which will include stock options, will be discussed with candidates during the time of a final interview.
