Freedom Caregivers is Hiring a Branch Administrator Near Marion, OH

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at Freedom Caregivers. This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm. 

As the Branch Administrator you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marion branch of our multi-site, privately owned home care agency. Starting pay is up to $24.00/hr. and varies greatly with experience and abilities. 

Responsibilities/Activities

  • Oversee and assist with the coordination, evaluation and planning of home care services.
  • Ensure the daily operations of the branch and employees adhere to agency policy and procedures.
  • Supervise work activities of designated employees.
  • Provide education and instruction to designated employees on applicable policies, procedures, and processes. 
  • Review new applications, schedule and conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new caregivers. 
  • Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to designated employees.
  • Determine and provide disciplinary action and conflict resolution for designated employees. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
  • Communicate and coordinate care with case managers.
  • Assist with billing and HR/payroll tasks. 
  • Promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficient understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, especially post-acute care and long-term care, previous employment in healthcare or home care preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new applications quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional attitude with high emotional intelligence and the ability to lead a team to success

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in the English language, both written and verbally
  • Must be able to proficiently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and smart phone
  • Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours a day and lift a minimum of 25# occasionally
  • Current and valid Driver’s License
  • Current Auto Insurance with at least state minimum coverage
