Brief Summary:
The Branch Manager is integral to the success of Freedom Home Care, responsible for mastering our scheduling processes, client acquisition, intake procedures, and caregiver hiring and onboarding. This role requires a personable, professional individual with a positive attitude and the capability to independently manage a Branch Office separate from the primary operations in Mankato. This is a full-time position that may require some travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales and marketing activities leading to new client acquisition and servicing
  • Learn and demonstrate proficiency in conducting client inquiry calls and in-person client consultations, converting inquiries into new clients
  • Recruit and fill open caregiver positions, including interviewing candidates and orienting new employees
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, prospective clients, caregivers, prospective employees, fellow team members, and referral sources
  • Participate in the on-call/after-hours rotation
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred, but not required. On-The-Job and Life Experience also provides a great foundation
  • Previous experience in Home Care a plus
  • Experience in interviewing and hiring preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, with the ability to learn new scheduling software
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional business image
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and accurately complete work activities within specific deadlines while managing interruptions
  • Flexibility and resilience with ever-changing schedules
