POSITION SUMMARY :
As a Customer Service Rep (Inside Sales) at Freedom Motors USA, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
You'll be compensated and rewarded for supporting and being an important part of the sales process.
Our sales process starts with you, speaking with national inquiries from all of our marketing channels (social media, advertisements, direct conversations with call-ins or past customers, etc.
You'll contact these inquiries and convert them into qualified leads for consulting with our clients, guiding the client through selection and purchase of their new or used Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.
