The pay rate is $60,000.00 annually for an Assistant Dining Director/CDM. **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.

About the Role: The Assistant Director of Dining/CDM is responsible for the overall effective dietary services; selecting, training, and supervising all dietary services personnel; procuring supplies and equipment; assisting with budget preparation and operating within budgetary guidelines.

• Organizes, directs, and supervises all dietary service functions in consultation with the Dining Director.
• Maintains established dietary standards and policies in consultation with the Registered Dietitian.
• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Required
• High School graduate required with certification as required by state regulation. College degree preferred.
• A minimum of three years experience in the administration of food services systems.
• Ability to communicate with, understand, empathize with, and be tolerant of residents, patients, visitors, families, peers, subordinates, supervisor and outside contacts.
