Position: Certified Caregiver/Med Tech - FT/PT Day Shift

* Starting Pay: $18.00-$21.50 Depending on Certification Date

* Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

* Location: Assisted Living and Memory Care at Acacia Health Center, 4555 E. Mayo Blvd., Phoenix, AZ 85050

* Vaccination: FLU Vaccination Required

Your Role: As a Certified Caregiver/Med Tech, you'll provide hands-on care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and administer medication. You'll also help maintain residents' apartments, participate in activities to keep them active, and uphold their independence with dignity and respect.

Who You Are:

* Hold a current Arizona Caregiver Certificate

* Possess valid CPR Certification, First Aid Certification with BLS, and Med Tech Certification

* Effective communication skills and ability to understand resident care plans

* Proficiency in English and basic arithmetic

* Passionate about providing quality care to seniors
