We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Compensation range: $100,000-$125,000.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications
  • Obtain permits and licenses as required
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timeline
  • Manage project budget and track expenses
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Address any construction issues and provide solutions
  • Review and approve subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
