Our Chicago, IL site provides toxicology testing and research laboratory services and specialized pre-clinical studies in support of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.

Position/Job Summary : This position supports toxicologists in their data and reports QC and presentation of the data. The Data Coordinator performs data and reports QC and prepares documents from information provided by Frontage Laboratories personnel. Assignments are received from Management and are supervised by Study Directors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Performs QC on study data, reports and other study documents
• Compiles data with pre-established templates
• Coordinates and facilitates data and reports QC from the study team (e.g., Study Directors, Study Supervisors, Management, and QA personnel).
• Compiles information for appendices and generates tables.
• Maintains technical information in both electronic and paper formats.
• Data and file uploading and downloading.
• Works independently as well as under the supervision of a Study Director and/or Management.
• Delivers assignments on time and adjusts regular business hours to accommodate deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

• Must have a minimum of a BS/BA degree in a science-related discipline or prior experience that contributes directly and significantly to the individual’s technical writing competence.
• Experience with electronic document management; proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel as well as familiarity with Adobe PDF and statistical terminology.
• Strong organizational, grammatical, and editorial/proofreading skills.
• Must be able to work independently, as well as cooperatively interact with study team members.
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Must possess good communication skills in order to effectively interact with other Frontage Laboratories’ personnel.
