SummaryThe Project Manager plans and manages the activities of designated sales projects to ensure that each project’s objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and within the established guidelines and parameters. Support operational functions by researching, building, planning, and implementing application supported process improvements. Will work closely with senior level management to ensure successful processes, procedures, and adherence to company standards are met at all levels.
This position will support our Business Development group under Growth (Sales) team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure data integrity with Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Maintain accurate reports for sales leadership and executives.
  • Work with designated sales team to assist in training in Salesforce.
  • Creates professional presentations and other sales communications.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Consults with management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope including archiving and quality requirements, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
  • Manages and coordinates research projects, performs specified data analyses and studies as requested, and develop and present ad hoc reports in support of various initiatives.
  • Observes and analyzes business processes, and participates in the development of improved business processes.
  • Produces standard and ad-hoc reports at the request of the sale and/or executive management teams.
  • Creates, analyzes and recommends actions based on trends within key performance indicators.
  • Provides recurring analysis and evaluation of the internal workflow processes.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college/university preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
  • Experience in some aspect of the creative or sales process (marketing, design, traffic management, sales support, RFI/RFPs or production) is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications, SharePoint, Salesforce.com, Adobe InDesign and other graphics software.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
