Join Freemind Seattle, a growing Marketing Agency in Seattle, WA. We are currently looking for a creative, detail-oriented, entry-level, Marketing Coordinator to grow with our company. We work in a fast-paced, ever-changing world of events and need a candidate who can keep up with workback calendars, spreadsheets, communication schedules, and more.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing. They will be comfortable taking direction from the Marketing Manager, working with a team, and assisting with multiple event marketing campaigns. The candidate must have a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm efficient processes and contribute to the team. Email/Mail merge experience is necessary, along with executive email etiquette and executive briefing center.

**MUST LIVE IN THE GREATER SEATTLE AREA**

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Manager with all aspects of project/event
• Develop and maintain work back schedules, meeting deliverables, client services
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
• Create PowerPoint slides that are clear and concise
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team on deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 years' experience in marketing project coordination in a professional setting
• Email/Mail merge experience
• Executive email etiquette
• EBC (executive briefing center)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Ability to be nimble in an ever-changing event industry
