Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Staff member to join the FreeRain team. FreeRain gutters are next generation gutters systems set to absolutely dominate the competition. The ideal candidate will highly personable and motivated, as they will be charged to generate leads at our booth during the Washington State Fair. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, the ability to converse with multiple people at once, and maintain a positive attitude and energy throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the organization and management of the FreeRain booth during The Fair.
- Engage with fair-goers to gauge interest in getting their gutters replaced, then fill out a lead form for a free estimate.
- Enter leads into a FreeRain CRM so that they may be scheduled.
- Be punctual, cleanly dressed and well-spoken.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both individually, and to a group.
- Able to research the FreeRain product. Understand and be able to convey the benefits vs the competition.
- Highly motivated to win, with the ability to persevere through challenges.
- Self-starter looking for valuable experience.
- Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
