Job Description

• Coordinate and manage air and ocean freight operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation processes.
• Handle documentation, including customs clearance, shipping instructions, and regulatory compliance from A-Z.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor shipment tracking and provide regular updates to clients.
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation, proactively finding solutions to minimize disruptions.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in air and ocean freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using freight management systems and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
• Full proficiency in German and English.
