Job Description

• Handle end-to-end air export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Key Requirements

• Min 4 years air export knowledge
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience handling specialist cargo eg. temp controlled, DG, Reefer
• At least 1 year experience with CargoWise
