We are looking for an Operations Manager within freight forwarding looking to join a fast growth team.

About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. This is a high-impact role that offers great opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
What they need from you?
- Preferably 5 years of international operations freight forwarding experience, preferably in both air and ocean.
- Dangerous goods certification is preferred, but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of FMC, IMCO, ITAR, TSA, C-TPAT, HAZMAT, and US Customs Border Protection (CBP) is a hug bonus.
- Proven experience in negotiating rates with trucking companies, carriers, and overseas partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate people, and emphasis on listening
- Leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and knowledge sharing
