We're looking for an Import Analyst to join our team and be the go-to expert ensuring that everything clears customs smoothly. Your role is pivotal in keeping the supply chain moving, navigating complex requirements, and delighting our customers with speed and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Handle customs entries swiftly and accurately, ensuring seamless submissions and compliance with all regulations.
- Input customs data and review entries for accuracy-no room for errors here.
- Be the hero who explains documentation needs to customers in clear, simple terms. Go the extra mile to keep them informed, happy, and confident.
- Resolve any roadblocks by working closely with customers and internal teams when entries need extra care.
- Quickly flag and process air files and other high-priority entries, ensuring nothing gets delayed.
- Double-check everything to ensure compliance with customs regulations, especially when it comes to FDA and PGA requirements.
- Upload, track, and manage all documentation in a timely manner to ensure smooth processing.
- Use your excellent tariff classification skills to get shipments transmitted
