FreightPros Powered by NTG is searching for a Multimodal Sales Manager that will be front and center for the growth of our organization. This leadership role is based in Austin, TX and will be responsible for driving LTL and Full Truckload sales to continue our rapid growth and expansion.

**Responsibilities:**

* Committed to helping others be successful

* Hire, train, develop and manage multimodal sales executives

* Motivate and energize team to achieve sales goals

* Cultivate account growth through data and research

* Day to day Salesforce management to establish in-depth Multimodal (LTL and TL) pipeline

* Build relationships: cross department collaboration, upper management

* Participate in weekly leadership meetings

* Travel to customer sites when needed

**Who we really want:**

* Proven freight sales management experience

* 3-5 years of industry experience with demonstrated success in selling both LTL and TL

* Sales/Entrepreneur mindset eager to scale sales team

* Ambitious and results driven

* Competitive nature with sense of urgency in fast-paced environment

* Organized, methodical and detail oriented

* Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
