Job SummaryLead, manage, and hold accountable the service and BD teams. Identify, communicate and execute on freije strategy and process improvements. Lead and execute a system that is standard for the organization. Establish dashboards and manage to the systems. Work with leaders to set goals and hold people to them.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct efficient and effective L10
  • Assist in development of department’s accountability chart
  • Work with peers on Executive Board to develop strategies to grow and improve overall company
  • Work to promote the culture vision of freije
  • Improve the customer experience by increasing company quality
  • Leverage key reports from Vista
  • Utilize dashboards to drive business performance
  • Ensure that team members are adhering to systems and processes
  • Manage and lead WIP
  • Recruit top talent to be members of the freije team
  • Drive culture into front-line team member environment
  • Manage P&L by ensuring expenses are within appropriate limits
  • Drive continuous focus on process improvement to entire Service organization
  • Assess problems for root cause
  • Focus on driving gross margin growth
  • Identify new markets
  • Align BD and services
  • Develop and implement training program

Required Education/Knowledge/Experience
    • Previous experience in the skilled trade/ construction/ or commercial services industries
    • Proven success as a Service and/or Sales Leader within the construction trade
    • Proficient in Excel or Microsoft Suite
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 10 years of experience in leadership
