What You'll Do:

As a Master Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently perform work specified on the repair order and diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers about additional service needs.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred
• B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair skills
• Dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with others
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background checks
