Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing department
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Monitor patient care activities and ensure quality and safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of nursing staff performance
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Handle any escalated patient or staff issues
