### Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance to join our team. As a Janitor/Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your primary duties will include performing general janitorial tasks, ensuring the cleanliness of common areas, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

### Duties:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

### Requirements:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
