Our Team Members are responsible for the following:

• Serving up delicious soup
• Hand crafting made-to-order sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc.
• Adhering to the Food Service Code
• Processing guest transactions
• Prepping & Cleaning
• Making and serving coffee, lattes, juices, etc.
• Completes opening and closing side duties and checklists as assigned.
• Any and all other operational task as assigned by Management

Team Member Requirements

• Must be able to carry soup pots weighing up to 17 lbs at 165®F
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Willing and able to Reach Out! to our restaurant guests
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Able to respond quickly in an emergency situation to avoid imminent danger to self and others.

Experience:

· 1-2 years (Preferred)
