• Network and Market to Property Managers, Facility Managers, and Building Managers/Owners to solicit painting projects for hire.
• Create detailed estimates, present to customers and successfully book projects.
• Maintain CRM system and notes throughout the sales cycle from initial estimate through project being awarded, scheduled, and completed.
• Help to manage painting projects and our crews to ensure a high-quality experience for customers.
• Take advantage of sales development activities and coaching from management.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly networking events to stay in touch with customers.
• Weekly networking, marketing, and other lead generation activities as defined by management.
• Sales experience, preferably field sales or B2B experience.
• Marketing experience to include cold calling is preferred.
• Experience in the painting or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
• 2-4 year education degree is a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate to clients as part of developing a compelling value proposition for them.
• Ability to work independently, while demonstrating flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively with other team members and support staff.
