As a Call Center Representative at WebCraft Stylers, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, support requests, and information about our services. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document and update customer records accurately in our database.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and call quality standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
