Job Description : As a Communications Coordinator at Messa Sync, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's internal and external communications.

You will develop and implement communication strategies, create content, and maintain the company's public image. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• Create and distribute internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
• Coordinate public relations activities and manage media relations.
• Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company events and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
