As a Communications Coordinator at XTalk Prep, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey our company's message to internal and external audiences.

You will manage content creation, oversee digital and print communications, and maintain our online presence. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute communication plans to support company initiatives and promote brand awareness.
• Create and manage content for various platforms including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Coordinate internal communications and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
• Monitor media and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
• Organize and support events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Abilities :

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
