Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote XTalk Prep's services and initiatives. Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain and update the company's online presence, ensuring accurate and timely information. Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other company activities. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
