Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Update and maintain existing data records. Verify and correct data discrepancies. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Assist in generating reports and performing data analysis as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data management processes. Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Skills & Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
