We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large volumes of data. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for data accuracy, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Inputting, verifying, and managing large volumes of data
- Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting as necessary
- Ensuring data integrity by conducting regular audits and quality checks
- Following data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain accuracy
- Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure data consistency and completeness
- Providing support to team members as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fast typing skills and strong data entry abilities
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
