Job Description: Engagea Comm is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in various systems and databases, supporting our operations and ensuring the integrity of our data records.

Pay Range: $37.500 - $47.500 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
• Verify data and correct any errors or inconsistencies
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Retrieve and process requested data in a timely manner
• Assist in generating reports and presentations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry, with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
