We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Pay: $18.50 - $26.00 hourly Job: Full time On site Key Responsibilities Inputting data accurately and efficiently into our computer systems. Ensuring the integrity and security of data by following established protocols and procedures. Performing regular data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Maintaining and updating data records as necessary. Assisting with data analysis and reporting as requested. Responding to data-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintaining awareness of industry trends and best practices in data entry. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
