Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting customer data into our systems while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and maintain customer data in our systems. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer concerns or challenges. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
