We are is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a creative and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support. Maintain and update event calendars and schedules. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels. Support the events team with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and stakeholders. Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
