About Us:
As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant at WebCraft Stylers, you will support our marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Create, edit, and manage content for marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Support the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update the company's CRM and marketing databases.
• Assist in the production of marketing collateral and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous internship or experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
