Pay: $27.50 - $33.00 hourly Job: Full time On site Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor our company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Create and curate engaging content, such as posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience Respond to comments and messages from our online community in a timely and professional manner Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage with our audience and increase brand visibility Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across platforms Track and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates, and provide regular reports to management Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and industry trends. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree). Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing through internships, coursework, or personal projects is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
