Job Description : As an Events Assistant at Messa Sync, you will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully.

You will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, handle administrative tasks, and assist with on-site event management.

Your role will involve creating schedules, liaising with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to event attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and promotional events.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Prepare event materials, including schedules, promotional content, and attendee information.
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure all needs are met.
• Handle post-event tasks, such as collecting feedback and analyzing event performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
