Description Job Description: As a Front Desk Representative at XTalk Prep Consultants, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You'll greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you'll assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail. Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
