As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to everyone who visits or calls our office.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude. Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a tidy and organized front office area. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
