Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Provide general information about the company’s services and respond to inquiries. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on customer service. Benefits
