We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure all visitors have a positive experience. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and greeting guests. Additionally, you will assist with administrative duties and support other departments as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, typing, and data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
