DescriptionAs a Receptionist at FreshFormDraft, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
