Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
