The Sub Shop and Pizza Supervisor for our team plays a key role in the success of Southwestern College's daily food production, working directly with the Chef, you will execute daily operational and administrative tasks assigned by the Chef; and assume responsibility for the kitchen team members in the absence of the Director of Dining Services.

This position is for daytime shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu and recipe planning and development

• Aid in coordination of supply acquisition aligned with budgetary guidelines and menu cycles

• Preparation of food items, following a scheduled menu and recipes

• Maintain order, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

• Assist preparation for inspections

Qualifications:

• Possession of current ServSafe certification

• High School diploma/GED; Associate's degree in culinary arts preferred

• 1-3 years of experience and/or training
