Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Skills:
- Proficient in health coaching to support patients in achieving optimal wellness.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology for effective medication management.
- Experience working with children, including infant care and pediatric assessments.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques for diagnostic purposes.
- Skilled in IV insertion for administering medications and fluids.
- Proficiency in utilizing Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
- Understanding of utilization management principles to optimize healthcare resources.
- Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities with compassion and empathy.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing.
